The Monitor Revolving Door is a full security card access, tamper-resistant revolvingdoor, designed for locations requiring improved visitor security or as the barrier between Production and Office areas. Quiet in day/night mode, it can provide free passage during regular working hours and controlled passage after hours withcard access or biometrics. Available options include Level-one bullet resistant armor, traffic light control module with low voltage LED’s, control console with remote alarms and push buttons, and low voltage canopy lighting.

Description

A full security tamper resistant revolving door, 92" exterior height, 84" interior height. Available in two passage widths; 33", or 35". 3-vanes positioned at 120° from each other incorporate a precise automatic rest for each position with shock suppression and anti-backup features.

CONSTRUCTION

Materials

6005-T6 anodized aluminum extrusions, door vanes are constructed of level 1 bullet resistant 3/4" polycarbonate, cage panels are available in two options standard 3/16" scratch resistant polycarbonate or bullet resistant steel armor with anodized aluminum covering.

Control Mechanism

Advanced modular design is equipped with auto indexing, adjustable shock suppression, permanently lubricated bearings, and hardened alloy cams and locking bars. Electric lock module has a 24 VDC power supply, solenoid, and logic controller with card reader interface.

Movement

Standard movements are: uncontrolled traffic flow-both directions; controlled traffic flow-one direction; uncontrolled traffic flow-other direction; controlled traffic flow-both directions. Detection zone is equipped with audible alarms and lockout cycle forcing a person to back-up in the event of piggy backing.
